    鋁酸酯偶聯劑DL-411

    一、產品適用范圍:
    適用于各種無機填料(如碳酸鈣、硅灰石粉、滑石粉、硫酸鋇、葉臘石粉、高嶺土、粉煤灰、海泡石、氧化鋁等),無機阻燃劑(如氫氧化鎂、氫氧化鋁、硼酸鋅、三氧化銻等)和顏料(如氧化鐵紅、鋅鋇白、鈦白、氧化鋅、立德粉等)的表面活化改性。經改性后的填料、色母粒、阻燃劑、顏料,可適用于塑料、橡膠、涂料、油墨、層壓制品和粘結劑等復合制品。

    二、特點與使用效果
     1、與其它偶聯劑(如鈦酸酯、硼酸酯等)相比,經鋁酸酯偶聯劑活化改性處理后的無機粉體,除質量穩定外,還具有色淺、無毒、味小及對PVC的協同熱穩定性和潤滑性,適用范圍廣,無須稀釋劑,使用方便,價格低廉。
     2、經鋁酸酯偶聯劑活化改性處理的各種無機粉體,因其表面發生化學或物理化學作用生成一有機分子層,由親水性變成親有機性。實踐證明,無機粉體表面經鋁酸酯偶聯劑改性后用于復合制品中,偶聯劑的親無機端與親有機端能分別與無機填料表面和有機樹脂發生化學反應或形成纏結結構,增強了無機粉體與有機樹脂的界面相容性,所以用鋁酸酯偶聯劑改性,不僅可以改善填充無機粉體的塑料制品的加工性能,而且也可以明顯改善制品的物理機械性能,使產品吸水率降低,吸油量減少,填料分散勻均。

     五、填料活化改性處理方法:

     1、預處理法:填料先在高速混合機(預熱到物料溫度達100110℃)中攪拌烘干(敞口)1015分鐘,使填料含水量低于0.3%,緩緩加入計量的掐碎的偶聯劑(注意勿使偶聯劑被攪拌槳打到混合機內壁),改性時間35分鐘。

     2、直接加入法:若填料含水量低于0.3%,可直接在高速機中捏合時加入偶聯劑,加入方法同上。但應注意硬脂酸、有機醇之類含羧基、羧基的組份,務必在加入偶聯劑對填料進行活化改性4分鐘后加入,千萬勿與偶聯劑先或同時加入,以免偶聯劑失效。
    以上二法,以前法處理的效果好。

    六、成功應用偶聯劑的關鍵:

    1、保證偶聯劑對填料活化改性效果一定要用夾套加熱的高速混合機進行填料的活化改性。
    2、用于PEPPABSPS等粒狀樹脂為原料的復合制品時,先制成母料或粒料形式,再與這些粒狀樹脂混合應用。該型號偶聯劑生產的填充母料,應用與復合體系,其斷裂伸長率,填充量,表面光澤度,材料韌性等物化性能完全優于其他各種偶聯劑。
    3、要保證本偶聯劑改性的填料與粉狀樹脂(PVC)及其配合料有良好的塑化效果,建議采用高速捏合之后經密煉或塑煉后再擠出切粒。
    4、用于無機粉體改性時,建議加少量硬脂酸作為協同劑,可在保證質量前提下降低成本。硬脂酸用量一般為粉體的0.50%。用法是在高速混合機中投入偶聯劑對填料進行活化改性35分鐘后,加入少量硬脂酸,再高速攪拌3分鐘即可。千萬注意勿與偶聯劑先加入或同時加入,即可與偶聯劑起良好的協同效應。如生產PVC管材在偶聯劑改性35分鐘后加入硬酯酸,在大量增加活化好的碳酸鈣可保持PVC管材良好的韌性、抗沖性、并能明顯提高制品光澤度。
